Chick Peas (Boiled)

In a pan, heat oil adds fry onions until golden brown.
Now, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, nutmeg and mace powder, bay leaves, black pepper corns, black cumin seeds, cardamoms and fry.
Then, add boiled chick peas, and potatoes.
Now add mint leaves, green chilies spread the chick peas and boiled rice.
Then 1 pinch yellow food color, in the end, let it simmer for half an hour.
Aloo Chana Pulao is ready.
